WAP Browsing from a PDA

To start WAP browsing from a PDA:

1. Open the WAP browser.

2. Type in the URL supplied by your System Administrator for accessing CRM

via a dial-up connection. Once the CRM welcome screens have displayed,

you can log on as normal.
